  • Parental/guardian consent is required before sharing any child’s story, photo, or identifiable detail.
  • Educators, parents, and partners are asked for informed consent before their voices or images are published.
  • All stories are shared with dignity—celebrating creativity, problem-solving, and resilience, never exploiting vulnerability.
  • Consent can be withdrawn at any time, and content will be removed upon request.

     

  • Data is stored on secure servers with encryption and access controls.
  • Sensitive information (like donor payments) is handled only through PCI DSS–compliant processors.
  • We comply with Ghana’s Data Protection Act (2012) and international standards such as GDPR and COPPA where applicable.


We explain data use in clear, accessible language for all communities.
 We design tools and reports that are safe for both online and offline use in African classrooms.
 We welcome feedback from schools, parents, and partners to keep improving.
